What we offer

Coffee

Whether you're after a consistent solid house espresso, classy filter, stand-out second hopper espresso (or maybe all of the above) we can offer a seasonal range of thoughtfully sourced coffees to fit different flavour profiles.

Roasted to order with carefully developed roast profiles to bring out the best of each coffee’s intrinsic character, we can offer coffees to brew as well as to sell as part of you retail offering.

Equipment, water & accessories

We understand how much it entails to set up a new business so we have partnered up with leading equipment manufacturers to provide well-built, reliable equipment that will help you serve consistently great drinks in the long run. We can provide espresso as well as filter set up options, water treatment solutions and barista accessories.

As much as we’d love for breakdowns not to happen, they are unfortunately a part of coffee life and we are here to help you fix them as quickly and efficiently as possible. We work with independent equipment engineers to help you troubleshoot any issues and get back and running as quickly as possible.

  • Your new espresso machine is probably your single most important investment when setting up or upgrading your cafe and what matters is that it delivers great quality coffee, consistently and reliably.

We work directly with La Marzocco and can provide any machines from their range depending on your needs and preferences (including the Wally automatic milk steamer). LM machines are not only extremely well built and designed to brew outstanding coffees, our relationship with the LM team allows us to provide you with great after sales support and find solutions to any problems that might arise quickly and efficiently to minimise any down time. We’re more than happy to talk through different models and their features and even arrange a demonstration.

  • We can also supply a full range of espresso and filter/retail grinders, predominantly from the Mahlkonig and Anfim range but can also help source other brands if needed. Alongside grinders, we can also provide further handy workflow improvement tools such as Puqpress automatic tampers and distribution tools.

  • For all coffee brewing and equipment protection, installing the right water filter is absolutely essential. BWT are our partner for all things water and have a solution for any needs, from the most user friendly Bestmax water filters to the more advanced reverse osmosis filtration systems.

Training & support

Keeping your business thriving definitely doesn’t stop on opening day and we want to make sure you are equipped to succeed and supported to thrive in the long run.

We offer barista training as a complimentary service to our long-term wholesale partners from initial sessions prior to opening, through on-site follow ups to ongoing support further down the line for any new members you might add to your crew as you grow.

To help you serve the tastiest drinks possible and understand the ins and out of the supply chain, we have developed a comprehensive training programme, adapted to suit different needs and levels of experience. Designed by SCA certified professional barista and Q grader and run by experienced members of our team, our sessions cover barista basics such as espresso dialling-in, latte art and daily equipment maintenance as well as understanding coffee journey from farm to cup and sensory skills development.
