Washed processed lot of Bourbon, Caturra & Pache varieties produced by Sotero Cano at his farm Los Nisperos in Guatemala’s Huehuetenango region.
Creamy body, vanilla fudge & apricot
Great for espresso machines, mocha pots (stove-tops), Aeropress & cafetière. Delicious on its own and with milk.
Our seasonal, all rounder espresso. Our community espresso changes three time a year, sourced from the same communities year after year.
This coffee is a washed processed lot of field Arabica varieties from a community of grower based in La Coipa village, San Ignacio province in Peru’s Cajamarca region.

A beautifully clean and expressive washed processed Gesha variety produced by the team at El Refugio farm owned and run by Uribe Agudelo family.
Silky, delicate and floral, peach & elderflower cordial
Great for filter brewing (drip/pourover, aeropress, cafetière). Best enjoyed on its own, without milk.
A beautiful washed processed micro-lot produced by a small group of producers from the Perlamayo community in Peru’s San Ignacio province, Cajamarca region. Field blend of Arabica varieties including Bourbon, Caturra, Pache & Geshas.
Juicy mouthfeel, orange blossom, blackcurrant & maple syrup
Great for pourover/drip filters, Aeropress & cafetière. Best enjoyed on its own.
