A classic natural processed lot of local landrace and JARC selection varieties grown by smallholder farmers around the Shoondhisa hamlet in Guji, and processed under the leadership of Ture Waji at Sookoo Coffee Company’s Shoondhisa washing station.
This coffee is great for espresso machines and stovetops as well as fuller-bodied Aeropress or cafetière brews. Great on its own and with milk.

Honey processed microlot of Caturra variety produced by the ACC Association based in Piendamó town, Colombia’s Cauca region.
Jammy, stewed apricot, cherry & brown sugar
Great for filter coffee brewing using V60 and other drip filter methods, Aeropress, Clever Dripper and cafetière. Best enjoyed black.
Honey processed Red Bourbon variety lot produced by the team at Kilimbi washing station, run by Muraho Trading Company, based on the shore of Lake Kivu in Nymasheke region.
